Epilady Bikini Hair Removal

Epilady Bikini Hair Removal

The is a tool that replaces shaving for many women. Designed to pull unwanted hair out by its roots, the Epilady manufacturers have created several products that remove hair from the legs, bikini lines and underarms for up to six weeks. The Epilady bikini hair removal tool can be purchased at most drug stores or ordered online for complete privacy. While the appliance may take a little time for some to get used to, especially in the sensitive bikini area, women using the product claim less discomfort during and after use than with other epilators.

Step 1

Bathe or shower to help to soften your hair. Soak or remain under warm water for at least five minutes to adequately soften hair and open pores and loosen hair follicles. Pat the area dry and fluff the hair.

Step 2

Place the Epilady against your skin and gently stroke the epilator over the area to be cleaned. Hold the device at about a 45-degree angle to the surface of the skin with one hand. With the other, gently stretch or tighten the skin in the area where hair is to be removed. This will help provide a smooth surface of the Epilady device.

Step 3

Gently sweep the epilator in the same direction as hair growth but avoid pressing down or placing too much pressure on the device, as this may lead to breaking hairs, causing irritation and requiring repetition of the process.

Step 4

Rub lotion in the area just cleaned shortly after using the Epilady to help prevent skin irritation. You may also apply Vitamin E oil from broken Vitamin E capsules onto the area for instant soothing. While the Epilady may prove a bit painful for first-time users, the skin will gradually become desensitized with continued use.
